FREE Click & collect serviceWe’ll contact you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready to collect. You can collect your order from the store during opening hours. You must bring a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase. We're happy for someone else to collect your order as long as they provide a proof of purchase.
Delivery InformationWe deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland.
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days, and aim to deliver your order within 2-10 working days. However School Uniform items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. Delays may occur during the busy 6 week summer period when stock is limited and orders are high in volume. If an item you have ordered if out of stock you will be notified by email or phone as to when you should receive your order. If you have an issue with an item that is out of stock and want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible to stop your order being on back order and your item will be ordered in. The School Shop 60 day returns policyThe School Shop is able to accept returns for products supplied for up to 60 days after purchase if they are faulty, unsuitable or do not fit.
