Returns & Exchanges
We offer an exchange or refund policy on all orders with the exception of printed items or underwear if returned to us within 30 days. Goods must be in the same condition and in the original packaging that they were received in, this includes all tags and labels.
If returning in-store please have the receipt / invoice to hand as this will avoid any issues or delays.
All returns must be authorised, please contact email@example.com to request a return. Please note that we do not pay for the return postage and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us so we, therefore, recommend using a signed for service.
We are committed to customer service and in the rare occasion you have received the wrong items or faulty items please contact us and we will supply a prepaid postage label to return the item and send the correct items out to you.
Please check your items before decorating or altering. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.
